SENIOR ADULTS are a vital part of First Baptist Church. Not only have they served faithfully in the past, but they continue to do so in the present. In addition to wonderful weekly Bible study classes in our Sunday School, the LLL Club (Live Long & Like It) provides monthly involvement. If you participate in the LLL Club, YOU WILL:
- Meet the third Tuesday of each month for lunch, fellowship, and a short program. Programs include music, fun activities, and a variety of informational and inspirational speakers.
- Have travel opportunities from one day outings to extended bus tours.
- Meet for Monday Fun Night the first Monday of each month for snacks and table games.
- Attend the Big Country Baptist Assembly Senior Adult Day at Lueders.
- Help in various service projects throughout the year meeting the needs of the community around you.
The senior adult choir, Majestic Sounds, meets every Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. The choir gives several concerts each year and participates in the Baptist Senior Adult Choir Festival each spring.
