First Baptist has a desire to see people grow both spiritually as well as physically.  So, over 30 years ago the church invested in the physical health of its members and of the surrounding community by building a facility that could be utilized for the purpose of strengthening the individual.  The Family Life Center is designed to provide activities for all ages.  From skating and bowling to basketball and racquetball, from the walking track to the fitness center.  All of these areas combine together to provide a safe and wholesome place for people of all ages to get fit and enjoy doing it.
