Men

"Just broke my leg." "MAN, how did you do that?"

"I just lost my job."  "Man, oh man, that's pretty tough."

"Man, that's great!"

"Man, that's horrible."

"Man, that hurt,"

"Man, how are you gonna get through that?"

"Man, I don't have a clue."

"Man, you gonna eat all that?"

Man. It's more than a gender, often it's an expletive.  There are some unique pressures that come with being a man.  Man, you don't have to do that by yourself.  We will pat you on the back, we will call you names, we will tell you dumb jokes, study, pray and be your friend.

Men are called by God to be the spiritual leader of the home and here at First Baptist, we want to help our men be able to fulfill that duty.  We offer small group opportunities for men to gather and fellowship and study a book that will help them in their daily walk.

Retreats
Each spring, we also offer a retreat where men can get away and focus on relationships with God and other men.  Click here to see photos of past retreats.

Small Groups
There are a number of groups that meet during the week to encourage each other toward accountability and studying the Bible.  For more information on joining a small group contact This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .
